Diagrams
The labeled drawings (files starting with diagram-) are drawn by Huntsville Hood Cleaning for this site. The figures on them come from NFPA 96 (Table 12.4 cleaning frequencies, Chapter 6 grease removal devices, Chapter 7 duct construction, clearance, slope and access, Chapter 8 exhaust fans) and the Huntsville prices quoted on these pages. They are not to scale and are not a design for any particular kitchen.
